I've heard one person talk about brain fog. Mental Fog would mean that your thoughts are a bit blurry inside your brain, as if it's hard to think clearly. This person was talking about having that sensation in the morning, when waking up. But is there really some kind of "fog" inside our brains?
Sometimes things seem confusing, as if ideas collide inside our minds. People talk so much about so many things, I don't even know what to say anymore! I think internet brought so many different kinds of stimulus, our culture became so full of new variations, It's overwhelming for some of us. What I'm trying to say is that life itself is confusing sometimes, as if culture could be so distracting it becomes desoriating, a foggy maze.
But there's also a second component to this mental sensations, which is the brain itself, with its strenghts and weaknesses. One weak spot in us is right in our brains, because our bad habits simply change the way our brains work, in ways we are yet to understand completely. But one thing is for sure: we have to pay attention to the signs, such as the brain fog.
As we have been discovering trough the last years, the brain is very sensitive to a few things, such as nutrition and sleep patterns. Not only nutrition is important but also dexotifying correctly helps the body in eliminating this very harmful substances that accumulate in all tissues, including the Brain. (!)
If we Detox to clean our bodies of toxins, how we clean ourselves of toxic thoughts? What if our bad thoughts affects our body directly, including impairing the body's natural proccesses of detoxifying and regenerating?

Make any kind of physical exercise (jumping in the sun does count)
Dominate your thoughts to have your own time in your hands.
Have a nice breakfast and a good lunch, make a light dinner early and relax.
Eat plenty of natural foods, avoid metallics enclosures when buying food of drinks.
Never sleep after midnight, if possible sleep 8 to 9 hours.
Okay, so this is pretty simple!
Exercise: You can choose sports, jumping and/or dancing, you can ride bycicles or you can run, you can use skates or whatever. Just get that blood pumping with joy!
Mind: The ultimate frontier. This is where all starts and the key to all big treasures. Choose well your thoughts, don't accept downgrading your mental perspective. It's not "Love" that will save us, but internal peace, tolerance for all circunstances and outcomes. Freedom is beyond feelings and emotions, so stop searching and you'll find.
Moderation: You cannot eat a lot at night, you must go to bed early. This is the ultimate secret to vitality and correctness in the body's rule book. But a carrot never hurted a dream.
Remember: Metallics are dangerous and must be avoided at all costs. You don't want one micro-mini-inch of it in you. Specially when it comes to neuro-toxins, there's too much already in the air we breath so stay away from ALL alluminium stuff.
Sleep: 9 is the magic number. Sleep at 9p.m. to maximize your sleep deep into the night, when all body's natural proccesses with occur with maximum efficiency. You may even wake up earlier, such as 4a.m. or 5a.m., proving that your vitality is fully charged!
If you follow this tips correctly, I'm sure you'll quickly gain so much vitality and mind power, there will never again be any kind of fog. The power lies in your hands and it's up to you to keep going foward, leaving the past behind to maintain a clean and powerful mind. Focus on what's ahead, we're building a new future together!
